Bel ka sharbat or Bel sharbat is one of the most loved refreshing and healthy indian drinks to have in summer. It has got so many health benefits and also helps to build a good immune system against the viruses. This is a must have drink in Summer.

Instructions on how to make bel ka sharbat
Starting of making bel sharbat
First take the 3 bel fruits and try to break in genttly with some objects or you can simply hit it into the ground like you break a coconuts.
As the bel fruit will crack , now peel of the hard layers and take out the brown fleshy part of this fruit into a bowl or a plate for future use , and throw the outer layer out.
After taking out the brown sculp from a spoon pour it into a bowl and then add water to it , and let it properly soak for say 20mins
Now next smash the mixture with a veggie smasher for about a 5mins . Do it properly as much as you can as it will decide the ultimate result .
Now leave the mixture again for 5mins by adding 1-2 cups of water.
Now with the help of the stainer , stain out the mixture and throw out the remaining pulp left into the stainer.
Now add 12 -15 spoons of sugar as per your taste and left the mixture again for 2-5 mins
Now it's time to stir very well, and after stirring for 2mins add Cummins powder and cardamom powder and 2pinches of black salt into the mixture
Now pour the sharbat into the glasses you can even add some water if the juice is too much dense and add ice into it .
