- 4 tablespoon Cornflour
- 3 teaspoon All-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Water as required
- 1 green chili
- 1 small capsicum,
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 stalk celery
- 1-inch ginger piece
- 2 teaspoon White vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
- 4 teaspoon Soya sauce
- 3 teaspoon Tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chilli sauce
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Water as required
Marinade for paneer chilly :
- 1/four cup Maida
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
How to Make Paneer Chilli Gravy :
